Nobody looks for a white-label SEO partner on a quiet Tuesday.
You’re here because something happened. It’s usually one of these four.
“You just closed an SEO client.”
Sold the retainer, no capacity to deliver it. You need a yes this week, not a hiring process.
“Your SEO person just left.”
Live retainers with nobody on them. Hiring takes two months; the client's next report doesn't wait.
“Your current vendor let you down.”
Missed deadlines, or work you had to redo yourself. You need someone who does what they said.
“A client is about to churn.”
Organic results have flatlined and the client has noticed. You need a diagnosis, fast.
Published, because you need to price your retainer before you can evaluate me.
Most white-label vendors make you book a call to find out what they cost. You have a margin to protect and a client quote to build — here are the numbers.
White-Label SEO Retainer
Most partnersThe whole SEO function for one client site, delivered under your brand. Most partnerships run on this.
SEO Audit & Roadmap
A pitch-ready diagnostic you can put in front of a prospect or a new client.
Technical SEO Sprint
The work most agencies can't staff part-time — crawlability, speed, schema, migrations.
Local SEO
Map pack and local organic work — my deepest specialism, six BrightLocal certifications.
Content & On-Page
Keyword-mapped content production your client can publish as-is.
Overflow Hours
Ad-hoc capacity when something lands that your team can't absorb this week.
Starting rates for a single site. Placing several sites or committing to a standing monthly block? Say so on the fit call and I’ll price the volume.
What you’re actually weighing before you outsource anything.
Outsourcing SEO isn’t a capability question — it’s a risk question. Here are straight answers to the four that matter.
“Will this make me look bad in front of my client?”
Everything is delivered to your standard and formatted to your template before it reaches your client. If something isn't ready, you hear it from me early — not from your client afterward. My public record is a 100% Job Success Score across 22 contracts and 1,648 hours; you can check it before we ever speak.
“Are you going to go around me and poach my client?”
No. I don't contact your clients, I don't market to them, and my name appears nowhere in your deliverables. If a call with your client would help, I join as a member of your team under your agency's name — only when you invite me. Happy to sign a non-solicit before we start.
“Can you actually hold a deadline?”
Turnaround is agreed in writing before work starts, and I'd rather quote a longer timeline I can hold than a short one I can't. My average response time across every contract I've run is 0–4 hours. If something slips, you hear about it while there's still time to act.
“How much managing will this take from me?”
As little as you want. Send the site, the goal, and your reporting format, and the work comes back done. I work inside your tools and your cadence rather than asking you to adopt mine — six years of delivering on other people's client sites is precisely this skill.
“I have worked with Talha on an SEO project and it was a great learning experience. He understands SEO inside out and delivers results as promised.”
“Great, fast work and solid understanding of SEO, enjoy working with Muhammad.”
“Excellent work done by M.Talha and delivered on time as expected. He has strong skills of writing and is really sincere with his work.”
“He went above and beyond to help me grow my business. He was very prompt in communication.”
It starts with a free audit, not a sales call.
Free audit
Send one client site. I return a real audit — technical findings, content gaps, and a prioritised roadmap — in your template. No call needed first, no commitment after.
Fit call
Fifteen minutes on your client mix, the volume you need covered, and how you prefer to communicate. If I can't hold your volume, I'll say so on this call rather than after you've committed.
Scope & terms
Scope, turnaround, reporting format, and rate agreed in writing before any paid work begins — so there's nothing to renegotiate mid-project.
Delivery
Work delivered to the agreed cadence, under your brand, ready to forward. You get a status update before you have to ask for one.
The things agencies ask on the first call.
What exactly does the free audit include?
A technical crawl summary, indexation and Core Web Vitals findings, on-page issues on the key pages, a content gap view against a competitor, and a prioritised list of what to fix first. Delivered in your template if you send one. It's the same audit I'd charge $400 for — the point is that you see the quality before you spend anything.
Do you work under NDA?
Yes. I'll sign your NDA, non-solicit, or subcontractor agreement before we start. Confidentiality is the default whether or not paperwork is in place — your agency and your clients are never named anywhere.
Will my client ever know you're involved?
Only if you decide to tell them. All work is delivered under your brand, and I have no contact with your clients unless you specifically bring me into a call as part of your team.
What's the time zone situation?
I'm in Pakistan and structure my working day around US and UK business hours. Practically, work delivered overnight tends to be waiting when your day starts. My average response time across 22 contracts is 0–4 hours.
How do we start?
Send one client site for the free audit. If you like what comes back, we do a fifteen-minute fit call and scope a first paid project — usually one audit or one technical sprint on a single site before anything ongoing.
How many agencies do you work with?
A deliberately small number. Turnaround commitments only mean something if the capacity behind them is real, so I'd rather decline volume than miss a deadline you've already promised your client.
Are your prices negotiable at volume?
Yes. The published rates are the starting point for a single site. If you're placing several sites or committing to a standing monthly block, tell me the volume on the fit call and I'll price it accordingly.
What if the work isn't up to standard?
Tell me and I'll fix it, at no charge, before it reaches your client. That's the whole arrangement — if my work makes you look bad, I've failed at the job you hired me for.
Start with a free audit, not a contract.
Send one client site. You get a real audit you can forward, and you judge the partnership on the output rather than on a sales call.
